Had a great Xmas at this hotel! The breakfast had plenty of delicious Vietnamese cuisine to eat, including fresh bread and eggs. The hotel was in a prime location, so we could easily walk to the city market and many restaurants. We also enjoyed renting a bike for a day and a half, which was affordably priced and allowed us to explore all of Da Lat's scenic attractions.
The power went out during our stay for a longer-than-expected period, and the hotel staff wasn't able to offer much assistance in English. the cleaning standards could use improvement, as our first room had a strong cigarette smell and the bathroom had some mildew.

The hotel's location was very convenient and easy to get around the city. the room was spacious and clean, and the hot water service in the bathroom worked perfectly. the breakfast buffet was quite good, with a lot of options to choose from.
the rooms were not soundproofed, and we could hear a lot of noise from other guests in the hallway.

The hotel is conveniently located near local shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. You can also rent a bike at the hotel to get around. the rooms are spacious, with hot water that comes on quickly and outside guest room doors feature lighted keypads for extra security.
The staff can be unhelpful and unprofessional at times, often refusing to assist with basic requests like arranging transportation.

We loved the hotel's location close to the market and great restaurants. Renting a bike from the hotel was convenient and gave us the freedom to explore the city. The room was spacious, clean, and the hot water worked well. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were attentive and friendly. We felt safe with the helpful security staff.
Everything was fantastic.
